Windsor ECC, Neighbor

Windsor's Early Childhood Council, the ECC, provides you with useful information, resources and training. We are a group of dedicated parents, grandparents, childcare providers, early childhood educators, town and school employees and other community members who act on behalf of Windsor Children from birth to age eight. The result we want for all our children is that: All Windsor children ages birth through eight will come to school ready, willing and able to succeed as caring, capable and confident learners!
