EER - The Copyright
Page 2 of the EER report thanks the Windsor BOE "for the opportunity to provide a research-based view of achievement through an Excellence and Equity Review." Page 5 of the EER report begins, "The objective for the Excellence and Equity Review was to conduct and disseminate critical research on learning, teaching, and leadership at Windsor High School (WHS). Specifically called An Excellence and Equity Review c ....." (the c is the copyright symbol - I just don't know how to type it) This copyright notion raised my curiosity.
Who owns the copyright to EER? What does this mean? Does this mean that to be called an EER, the MJLU EER must live up to some standards to actually be an EER? Why wasn't the copyright symbol used on page 2? Of all of my curiosities about the copyright notion, I'm only really concerned about "Does this mean that to be called an EER, the MJLU EER must live up to some standards to actually be an EER?"
If anyone knows anything about what the copyright for EER means, please let the rest of us know.
