I am a visionary social worker currently in pursuit of my MSW with a greater goal of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work in the behavioral health field and specialize in substance dependency. I work with individuals who are involved in the criminal justice system, suffering from infectious diseases, and who are often homeless. I am passionate about Human Rights, especially LGBT and Women’s Rights issues. I also hope to incorporate my passion for health and fitness into my work someday, and believe in a holistic approach to healing and improving mental and physical illnesses.
  My latest project includes a blog I am writing which records my transitional journey from a semi-typical American diet, to a Vegan lifestyle.
