Also on that day, I was crossing the bridge going from Warehouse Point to Windsor Locks when all traffic was stopped. The police were running back and forth to both sides of the bridge, looking into the water. I have never learned if they were either of these two boys, if the boys were found or if someone actually jumped off the bridge unrelated to these two boys. The story and memory has been on my mind and I would really appreciate knowing what happened to the boys. I sure hope the person found in the river is at peace.

The town should send someone to clean it up properly. If and when the police find who did it then…Read More the bill for clean up would go to the parents. The police, if they find the persons need to be sure when the charges are brought that the interested parties are notified so they may push for restitution timely. If the town cleans it -the town would push for the restitution.
