Bridge Builders Honored for Human Relations Contributions

The annual Bridge Builders Awards ceremony was held Thursday night in Town Hall Council Chambers to honor those who have contributed to the development of human rights relations in town.
Honorees included the Windsor Jaycees, Albert Ilg, Gayle Allen-Greene and the late Everett B. Dowe.
