Want to learn how to cook with beer? Join Vito's Restaurants as we whip up some delicious food with Back East Brewing.
This Wednesday, Vito's Restaurants and Back East Brewing are partnering up for a five-course, Beer to Bacon dinner. It's the ultimate farm-to-table experience.
The boys at Back East donate their spent grains to a local pig farmer. We use pigs from the farm in every one of the five courses...along with beer. Each course is then paired with a Back East beer.
The dinner for this Wednesday is already sold out. At only $45 per person, we knew it would.
BUT it was so popular that we added a SECOND beer dinner at Vito's by the Water for Thursday, October 3. Fear not. Now you can have your bacon and eat it, too.
