It's such a delicious pairing....and yet few restaurants ever do it.
That's why we decided to host a special dinner at Vito's by the Water in Windsor. It's aimed at bringing some of the "hunter gatherer" feel back into dinner.
On Thursday, January 31st 1t 7pm you can join us for this incredible dinner. We're pairing five carefully selected single malt scotches with game-based courses.
Chef Robert Lewis, winner of our "So You Think You Can Cook" competition will be cooking alongside myself, Chef/owner Rob Maffucci.
The courses include duck, alligator and venison short rib.
