Special Olympics Torch Travels Through Windsor
Windsor Police Captain Tom LePore carried the torch for a good part of the Windsor leg.
The Special Olympics torch was carried through Windsor on Thursday afternoon, following a trip through Mansfield, Tolland and Manchester before coming through town and finishing up at the Captiol building in Hartford.
