According to Courant.com, Ormsby has committed to play at the University of Connecticut next year.

Ormsby, who wreaked havoc in the backfields of opposing offenses from his defensive end spot for the past two years, told Courant.com's Tom Yantz, "[UConn is] close to home. It' just felt right."

According to Yantz, Ormsby's commitment to the Huskies also represents a change of mind. Ormsby verbally committed to the University of Massachusetts in June, Yantz reported.
