Warriors Secure Playoff Spot

Yes, there's still one regular season game left on the schedule, and the smartest teams refrain from looking too far ahead into the future, but Windsor's future was recently solidified when CIAC.org identified which Connecticut football teams have secured playoff births.

Sitting atop all Class L teams, according to the CIAC's playoff point system, Windsor, ranked No. 4 in the state by Courant.com, has clinched a playoff birth, and will get an opportunity to make a run at a state championship regardless of Friday's outcome agains Waterford.
