Over, Jamieson Named Track Athletes of the Year

Windsor's Sydnee Over and Daniel Jamieson capped off a spectacular championship season when they were named All-Courant track athletes of the year.

In 2012, Windsor High's Sydnee Over continued her dominance of girls track, establishing herself as the runner to beat in a couple of races, while Warrior Daniel Jamieson burst onto the regional scene on the way to individual and team championships.

The two runners' success this spring is unquestionable, and it's just gotten a little better.

Jamieson and Over were recently named boys and girls track athletes of the year by The Hartford Courant.
