Maple Sugaring

Sugar master Chuck Drake operates Northwest Park's own maple sugaring process in the Northwest Park Sugarhouse. Watch the entire process every year in late winter.

The sugar house is now open on weekends and will be at least through the Pancake Breakfast, which is sheduled for March 26. Call the park for specific details at 860-285-1886.
