The standout wide receiver led his team to its second State semi-final appearance in school history, was named Offensive Player of the Year by Courant.com, and he is now officially committed to play football at the collegiate level.

Berardino said he plans to study business management before starting his own landscaping business and moving down South.
He finished his senior season with 29 touchdowns, more than 1,200 receiving yards and 7 interceptions on defense.
