Will Windsor have Pot Farms & Pot Dispensaries?

Have seen recently some news reports about some towns are already moving to keep Pot Farms Out for at least the short term while the kinks get ironed out on the new laws on how they will be regulated

Has anyone thought about that there is a very possibility of Pot Farms & Pot Dispensaries trying to locate here to Windsor in light of how well the Tobacco grows & there are already the migrant workers here from the other farms?

Should Windsor put in place a short term Hold to that type of business coming here like the other towns are starting to do?

Does Windsor have a big enough Police Force to deal with the type of traffic & people & crime that will result from having those types of Farms & Offices in place in our targeted town?
