Question - Can we have 2 Options Next Vote?

Since they want to rush through this vote & do not want to do some serious work on making proper & smart cutting of waste & since there seems to be such confusion up at the town hall about what the voters are actually saying

Let's have 2 items to vote on

Divide the budget vote according to the dollar amount of the Town side of the budget & give the option to Approve That Portion if people want that budget to go through

There are some who approve the Town side of the budget & would vote to approve that but are voting no due to the waste in the BoE side of the budget where the grant money is being stolen from the children & being given to Doreen's personal friend

Have the BoE side of the budget with it's dollar amount on another line & give the option to either approve it or say NO to the stealing of the children's grant money to send it out to Chicago to Doreen's personal friend

I think having the 2 items to chose from will make it much more clear as to what people are saying NO! to - is it Everything or is it Just The Wasteful BoE budget which is the problem ?

If it's just the Wasteful BoE budget that Fails then we know the problem & that people have said NO to the Stealing of the Children's Grant Money & the town side of the budget can move forward with a 2nd tax bill issued for the school taxes at a later time

There are towns that do issue a separate tax bill for the school taxes & with problems like we are having right now maybe that is what needs to be done by having 2 different items to Vote On - Yes or No on the Town Services Budget & a Yes or NO on the BoE Budget
By having 2 Different Bills the BoE can no longer hide it's wasteful spending & people will also be able to see just where the money is being spent

The town side of the budget is tiny compared to the BoE budget considering how few students it has & if they do not reign in the spending now...

then when it comes to all those renters soon moving into town the BoE budget will only become even more unmanageable.
Think about it for a minute about all those renters who will be coming in from Hartford schools which are a full grade behind in reading & math levels dragging our schools down even further in the ranks & lowering our property levels even more while our taxes go up
