Is it hard to get out of ICLEI?

I met at the shad derby a town councilmen who is aware of the fact that Windsor is in ICLEI but he said that he does not know how to get us out of the program - I'm not certain if he meant he did not know the process or if he meant how to get all of the other town councilmen to vote to get Windsor OUT of ICLEI & prevent any further damages from being a part of ICLEI

Windsor makes dues payments to ICLEI which is in Germany for our town to be in this socialist program that is designed to take away our property rights & to build lots of renters living spaces so that the taxes will become so high & the new restrictions for homeowners will be come so restrictive that people will give up on owning their own individual homes to move out of the suburbs into the new created stack 'em & pack 'em walkable cities located in certain areas that they are developing busways, bike paths & additional train services...

As I watch the town meetings in our town & read in the news about other places in CT & other states it is horrifying to see ICLEI's agenda being pushed forward & homeowners losing their land & homes

The fastest way to get out of ICLEI membership is to stop the payments for dues & end the membership & then go through all of the projects that are being put forward with new eyes & ask if this is going to help or hurt the homeowners of Windsor - people are speaking up & speaking out & saying get us out as they learn more

Each one Teach One - get educated on what ICLEI is, what it looks like & get it out - is building rental property in an industrial park that has contaminates really advisable & best?
Only if the Rental Builders care nothing about the poor children that will be living there & only care about the Section 8 money that they will be collecting each month & who will get stuck with the cost of the healthcare of those sick children?
The Builders want to build Rentals because they know they won't be able to Sell on that type of property but rental units have less scrutiny by those who are looking to move into a better place (Windsor is much better than Hartford for now) 

We can get out of ICLEI very quickly & we can put an immediate slow down & review of ALL Current & Future building projects; starting with no more tax breaks for Developers or Corporations.

No More High Density Housing to be built in Windsor - towns do best when they are Owner Occupied because the people living there have a vested interest in what is happening in & around the town. HomeOwners invest in their properties Renters do nothing to improve the value of the properties because they will eventually move on, there is no incentive to make improvements because they do not own the property 

There are many many videos about stopping this agenda on youtube & what has been happening to property owners across the country - they are turning our small town into an extension of Hartford & will be doing the same to our small town that they are doing to other homeowners in other ICLEI towns
