Windsor's Hill Gets National Endorsement

Brian K. Hill was recently endorsed by a national pro-immigration group.

Windsor Attorney and candidate for United States Senate Brian K. Hill is making a splash on the national scene. 

Just days before he departs for the Conservative Polictical Action Conference (CPAC), Hill picked up an endorsement from Cafe Con Leche Republicans, a national, right-wing group, which advocates for positive GOP-immigration relations.

The group gave its endorsement to Hill, over fellow big-name republican challengers Linda McMahon and former U.S. Congressman Christopher Shays, saying Shays is too liberal and McMahon failed in 2010 despite spending millions of her own money.

A statement on Cafe Con Leche's website says the group also chose to endorse Hill because of "Shay's anti-immigration voting record."
