The town council was sworn in Monday night at Town Hall.

During a special meeting of town council members Monday night, Don Trinks was elected mayor of Windsor, Al Simon was elected deputy mayor, and the new town council was sworn in.

Once sworn in, the council voted to approve the appropriation of $290,000 for storm debris removal costs.

The amount, as Simon pointed out, won't come close to making a dent in the town's undesignated fund, which has $15 million.
