Immigration Agents Make Bust in Windsor
NBC reports one of the 23 arrests made by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement over the past week were made in Windsor.
According to NBC Connecticut, a week-long sweep across the nation in search of "criminal aliens and egregious immigration law violators” conducted by the United States Immigarion and Customs Enforcement (ICE) resulted in 23 arrests in Connecticut, including one in Windsor.
NBC, citing ICE, reported that agents made more than 2,900 arrest throughout the nation over the past week.
ICE has not released the names of the individuals taken into custody.
