Programs organized by the Fire Explorers, First Town Downtown, and largely contribute to making Windsor the beloved town that it is.
Many of the programs loved by residents could not run without some financial support from the town, and Wednesday, requests for financial support came before Town Council members during a special meeting on the Town Manager's proposed budget.

All proposed figures are proposed until adopted or amended by the Town Council, and then voted on in the town-wide budget referendum.
