Due to the continuation of the public hearing and vote on Dollar Tree's potential impact on local wetlands, the Town Planning and Zoning Commission has also postponed a Dollar Tree item on its agenda.
Originally scheduled for Tuesday night, the Dollar Tree item will now appear on the Commission's agenda for May 8 — the meeting immediately following the Inland Wetland and Watercourses Commission's May 1 meeting.
The Inland Wetland and Watercourses Commission will vote on Dollar Tree's application to build its proposed one-million-square-foot distribution center on lands that include some wetlands, and are surrounded by wetlands and neighborhoods.
