Windsor Woman Charged in Car Dealership Thefts

Three people, including a Windsor woman, were charged with stealing from multiple auto dealerships in the area, Wednesday.

Police have arrested three individuals after they allegedly stole items from Canton's  Wednesday.

Police responded to the dealership at approximately 3:20 p.m. Wednesday when employees noticed some suspicious activity, Canton Police Chief Christopher Arciero said.

The trio, including a Windsor woman, were allegedly attempting to steal floor mats, trinkets, and other small merchandise, police said.

Officers responded and apprehended the three on site, police said.

Ashley Richards, 20, of Windsor, Rondell Spence, 19, of Enfield and Terry Quandu, 22, of Manchester were all charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, police said.

Police have also discovered the three allegedly took items from Eastern Mountain Sports in Avon, a Home Depot store and perhaps others.

Arciero praised the officers and Mitchell employees and said the investigation is ongoing.
