Windsor Woman Charged in Heroin Bust

Officers searched a Manchester home because of reports of drug activity on the premises.

Manchester police arrested three people Thursday at a residence on School Street after a search warrant revealed more than six grams of heroin, scales and a small amount of marijuana and cocaine.

According to Manchester Police, Hassan Bawwab, 31, of Manchester, and an unidentified 17-year old juvenile offender, also from Manchester, were arrested at a residence at 86 School St. after police obtained a search warrant due to reports of narcotics activity taking place at the home.

All three were charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school and held on $10,000 non-surety bonds.
