Updated: Windsor School Burglarized; Police Seek Help

Windsor police are seeking help from the public in identifying an individual believed to be involved with the burglary of a Windsor school Thursday.

Windsor police are thanking the public Friday morning, as with their help, they have identified the "person of interest" in the Thursday burglary of Windsor's Pathways to Technology school.

According to police, the investigation is ongoing.

Windsor police are asking the public to help them identify an individual believed to be connected with a burglary that occurred at a Windsor school Thursday.

Police say the suspects — including the individual pictured — took "several thousand dollars" in computers from Pathways to Technology Magnet School, located on Windsor Avenue.

Located near the Windsor-Hartford line, Pathways is an inter-district school that specializes in education that prepares its students for participation in a technology-driven society.

According to police, the picture of the "person of interest was captured when one of the stolen computers was activated after the burglary."

Police are asking anyone with information regarding the suspect's identify is encouraged to contact the Windsor Police Department by calling 860-688-4545, ext. 541.

Pathways to Technology, while located in Windsor, is considered a part of the Hartford Public Schools system.
