May 15

Travis Kidney, 30, of 314 Plymouth Road in Plymouth, was charged with second-degree forgery; conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery; shoplifting; and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

May 11

William Torres, 27, 19 Heritage Drive in Windsor, was charged with third-degree strangulation; second-degree unlawful restrain; criminal violation of a protective order; third-degree assault and breach of peace.
