Sept. 1
Jeannine Bell, 46, of 279 Windsor Ave. was charged with owning an unlicensed dog; 10:11 a.m.
Roberto Clavijo, 55, of 1286 Windsor Ave. was charged with using a handheld mobile phone while driving; 12:55 p.m.

Tommie Edwards, 20, of 869 Bloomfield Ave. was charged with tinting windows without a sticker; 12:21 p.m.
O'Shane Ellis, 18, of 12 Pershing St. in Hartford was charged with third-degree burglary; and third-degree larceny, theft from a building; 10:55 p.m.

Jason Hoagland, 32, of 128 Carriage Way was charged with using a handheld cellphone while driving; 3:41 p.m.
Dominique Pringle, 20, of 56 Coolidge St. in Hartford was charged with possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, and tinting windows without a sticker; 1:36 p.m.
Mark Rafala, 29, of 27 Woody Brook Rd. was charged with failure to drive at a reasonable distance; 3:47 p.m.
Christopher Robinson, 27, of 109 Grape St. in Chicopee, MA, was charged with using a handheld mobile phone while driving; 4:27 p.m.
James Yearbey, 56, of 28 Brook St. in Hartford was charged with failure to obey a traffic signal; 12:25 p.m.

Nona Cleveland, 52, of 156 of Wintonbury Ave. in Bloomfield was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court; 12:06 p.m.
Frank Czelazewcz, 20, of 21 Colton St. was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and failure to drive in the proper lane; 2:29 a.m.
David Gesnaldo, 50, of 57 Walnut Dr. was charged with second-degree possession of child pornography; possession of a controlled substance, non-narcotic; and possession of drug paraphernalia; 8:13 a.m.
Kyle West, 28, of 23 Guild St. in Enfield was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroine, and possession of drug paraphernalia; 1:24 p.m.
Sept. 4
Hal Britton, 32, of 15 Attawont was charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration; failure to illuminate rear lights; 8:50 a.m.
Thomas Defranzo, 45, of 4 Walter Way was charged with breach of peace, and third-degree criminal mischief; 1:30 p.m.
