William Jones, 66, of 32 Barbour Street in Windsor was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol; 12:47 p.m.

John Lawrence, 29 of 20 Julia Court in Broad Brook was charged with use of a hand-held mobile phone while operating a motor vehicle; 1:40 p.m.

Stephen McGoldrick, 24, of 443 East Street in Suffield was charged with failure to obey a control signal; 1:04 p.m.

Kevin Over, 56, of 35 Holly Circle in Windsor was charged with use of a hand-held mobile phone while operating a motor vehicle; 2:18 p.m.

Timothy Samsvick, 60, of 14 Harvest Lane in Windsor Locks was charged with failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 3:04 p.m.

Jeffrey Walsh, 31, of 30 School Street in Agawam was charged with failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 3:10 p.m.

October 8

Bryson Gallimore, 19, of 49 Arrowbrook Road in Winsor was charged with second-degree failure to appear; 9:20 a.m.

October 10

Benjamin Allard, 21, of 3 Moorlands Street in Windsor was charged with stop sign violation, and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration; 2:42 p.m.

Luis Berrios-Lopez, 19, of 1406 Bass Slough Circle in Kissimmet was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 4:36 p.m.

Benjamin Brackett, 28, of 967 Asylum Avenue in Hartford was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 3:45 p.m.

Angel Colon, 21, of 171 Wooster Street in Hartford was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 4:41 p.m.

Timothy Cuffey, 20, of 58 Pilgrim Drive in Windsor was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 3:23 p.m.

Dennis Dent, 55, of 39 Penrosa Street in Springfield was charged with stop sign violation; 2:23 p.m.

Richard Graves, 80, of 20 Taylor Street in Windsor was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 4:12 p.m.

Armin Harris, 56, of 33 Newport Drive in Bloomfield was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 3:40 p.m.

Marcus Harris, 41, of 1254 Blue Hills Avenue in Bloomfield was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 3:35 p.m.

Mickson Laplante, 26, of 14 Ford Road in Windsor was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 4:54 p.m.

Dayna Lee, 27, of 200 Blakeslee Street in Bristol was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 4:16 p.m.

Gianna Mannetti, 18, of 28 Jessica Drive in South Windsor was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 3:26 p.m.

Lisa McCahill, 47, of Windsor Locks was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 3:31 p.m.

Christiano Quiterio, 33, of 42 Cook Hill Road in Windsor was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, and violating exhaust or emission standards; 2:45 p.m.

Manual Rodriguez, 30, of 145 Freeman Street in Hartford was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle; 3:40 p.m.

George Stevens, 61, of 252 Conestoga Street in Windsor was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle; 2:49 p.m.

Tilah White, 22, of 57 Wilson Avenue in Windsor was charged with injury, risk of injury, or impairing the morals of a child; and disorderly conduct; 8:13 p.m.
