October 11

Aaron Brown, 19, of 706 Windsor Avenue in Windsor was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle; 2:30 p.m.

Barbara Davis, 62, of 354 Phaeton Street in Windsor was charged with breach of peace; 11:09 a.m.

Brian Delisser, 26, of 97 Colton Street in Windsor was charged with possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana; 12:21 p.m.

Martin Magee, 56, of 241 Southeast 10th Avenue in Pompano Beach was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 4:52 p.m.

David Pfiffner, 34, of 185 Turkey HIlls Road in East Granby was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 2:44 p.m.

Deloris Robinson, 52, of 11 Heritage Drive in Windsor was charged with second-degree harassment, non-threatening; 2:53 p.m.

Eddie Valle, 29, of 160 Newington Road in West Hartford was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 2:18 p.m.

Jessy Vazquez, 19, of 17 Barker Street in Hartford was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 1:52 p.m.

October 12

Andrezj Banas, 57, of 104 Montemerlo Avenue in Windsor Locks was charged with violation of use of plastics in lieu of motor vehicle safety glass standards; 4:02 p.m.

Dennis Blackwood, 60, of 40 Linmore Street in Hartford was charged with failure to obey a control signal; 2:13 p.m.

Harry Briggs, 49, of 33 Hoskins Road in Bloomfield was charged with failure to obey a control signal, and violation of federal motor vehicle carrier safety; 3:09 p.m.

Tamiya Brown, 38, of 141 Rood Avenue in Windsor was charged with failure to obey a control signal, 2:23 p.m.

Garfield Douglas-Fishely, 32, of 118 Layton Street in West Hartford was charged with tinting windows without a sticker; 4:23 p.m.

Steven Flynn, 55, of 690 Stone Road in Windsor was charged with violating a town ordinance and fined  $51-$90; 4:22 p.m.

Shonrella Foy, 34, of 387 Granby Street in Hartford was charged with failure to secure a child with the proper safety belt; 2:08 p.m.

Troy Jones, 37, of 134 Oakridge Drive in Windsor Locks was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 4:19 p.m.

John Levitt49, of 19 Cook Hill Road in Windsor was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 2:17 p.m.

Tomeka Martin, 35, of 38 Greenwood Avenue in Windsor was charged with failure to obey a control signal, and operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle; 2:49 p.m.

Gerardo Martinez, 41, of 60 Pigeon Hill Road in Windsor was charged with third-degree assault; 6:55 a.m.

Aaron Peck, 20, homeless, of Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; 4:10 p.m.

Theophilus Rogers, 44, of 61 Rood Avenue in Windsor was charged with operating or towing an unregisterred motor vehicle; 2:31 p.m.

Norman Simmonds, 20, of 41 Sinclair Street in Windsor was charged with second-degree failure to appear; 3:15 p.m.

Charles Smith, 31, of 642 Windsor Avenue in Windsor was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle; 11:52 a.m.

Dana Stidsen, 58, of 11 Ryefield Drive in Enfield was charged with use of a hand-held mobile phone while operating a motor vehicle; 2:56 p.m.

Michael Velazquez, 27, of 55 Rimman Avenue in Springfield was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 2:03 p.m.

Allan Wilcox, 34, of 313 Birch Mountain Road in Manchester was charged with speeding; 4:15 p.m.

Jill York, 40, of 5 Westford Avenue in Stafford Springs was charged with use of a hand-held mobile phone while operating a motor vehicle; 3:05 p.m.
