Samanth Dagesse, 24, of 46 North Water Street in East Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and engaging police in a pursuit.
October 11
Robert Peterson, 44, of 26 Merriman Road in Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
