The latest local crime update from the Windsor Police Department.

The following information, as provided by the Windsor Police Department, is accurate as of Nov. 1, 2013. Information on this list represents charges filed, not convictions.

Oct. 26
Rodney Samuels, 48, of 500 W. 144th Street in New York, N.Y., was charged with forging or falsely affixing a prescription drug label and interfering with an officer.
Bryson Gallimore, 21, of 84 Forrest Street in Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Abdula Richardson, 43, of 766 Van Nest Avenue in Bronx, N.Y., was charged with interfering with an officer.
Supreme Fayson, 31, of 535 W. 156th Street in New York, N.Y., was charged with forging or falsely affixing a prescription drug label and interfering with an officer.
Oct. 28

Kara Bolduc, 29, of 29 Windsor Avenue in Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
Fabien Bell, 19, of 310 Windsor Avenue in Windsor, was charged with fourth-degree larceny.
Sahara Castro, 18, of 66 Tunxis Street inWindsor, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal mischief.

Oct. 29

John Picinich, 43, of 117 Tobey Avenue in Windsor, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of fewer than four ounces of marijuana and failure to obey a control signal.

Oct. 30

Emerson Johnson, 24, of 1324 Palisado Avenue in Windsor, was charged with credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card and sixth-degree larceny.

Oct. 31

Joe Thomas, 55, of 37 Gilbert Avenue in Bloomfield, was charged with possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, passing on the right and speeding.
