Oct. 18
Justin Greene, 22, of 618 Thoreau Circle in Windsor, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree criminal mischief.
Andrew Bailey, 22, of 253 Windsor Avenue in Windsor, was charged with third-degree strangulation, first-degree unlawful restraint, breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Oct. 24
Robert Smith, 40, of 33 Ashford Street in Hartford, was charged with second-degree assault and breach of peace.
