November 20

David Hernandez, 24, of 49 Mount Tom Avenue in East Hampton, MA, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, theft from a vehicle and conspiracy to commit a crime; 7:52 a.m.

November 21

Paul Veilleux, 51, of 1531 Poquonock Avenue in Windsor, was charged with evading responsibilitiy in an accident causing physical injuries or property damage, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failing to meet minimum insurance coverage requirements; 2:39 p.m.

November 22

Carlos Gonzalez, 51m of 867 Windsor Avenue in Windsor, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration and improper use of high beam lights; 12:16 a.m.

November 24

Sara Gonzales, 23, of 173 South Street Extension in Coventry, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane; 2:47 a.m.
