Brian Depray, 23, of 1301 North Grand Street in West Suffield was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 1:30 p.m.
Michelle Grillo, 45, of 3113 Bigelow Common in Enfield was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, evading responsibility in a motor vehicle causing injury, failure to signal properly and failure to meet minimum state insurance requirements; 12:22 p.m.
Craig Ings, 32, of 36 Capen Street in Windsor was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle; 2:37 p.m.
Bryan Lilley, 27, of 33 Mechanic Street in Windsor was charged with use of a hand-held mobile phone while operating a motor vehicle; 4:08 p.m.
Halloran Murdock, 18, of 45 Mt. Sumner Drive in Bolton was charged with traveling unreasonably fast for conditions 4:30 p.m.
Keren Wilcox, 46, of 555 Tolland Street in East Hartford was charged with failure to obey a traffic control signal; 4:18 p.m.
Shaunese Wilson, 22, of 76 Overlook Drive in Windsor was charged with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle; 1:50 p.m.
