Nov. 26

John Smalley, 52, of, 19 Elm Street, Tariffville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal trespassing.

Neal Tower, 54, of 24 Dewey, Windsor, was charged with threatening.

Nov. 27

Ronald Jensen, 47, of 23 Oak Street, Windsor, was charged with interfering with a 911 call.

Nov. 28

Little Crystal, 44, of 83 West Rosemont Avenue, Windsor, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and risk of injury to a child.

Dec. 1

Damien Haynes, 20, of 411 Dogwood, Windsor, was charged with the unauthorized manufacture or sale of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory.
