May 6

A minor from Windsor was charged with threatening, disorderly conduct, third-degree mischief, and interfering with an officer, 3:07 p.m.

Ricardo McKenzie, 46, of 73 Barber Street in Windsor was charged with causing injury, risk of injury or impairing the morals of a child; and third-degree assault, 4:47 p.m.

Arline Nolan, 84, of 154 Colon Street in Windsor was charged with failure to drive a reasonable distance from another vehicle, 12:31 p.m.

May 7

Randy Ireland, 36, of 115 Pleasant Street in Windsor was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol; the improper use of a motor vehicle marker, registration or license; a stop sign violation; and operating a motor vehicle without a license, 2:29 a.m.

May 8

Damian Levy, 33, of 39 Joshua Hill in Windsor was charged with interfering with a 911 call 4:52 a.m.
