May 24
Latroy Johnson, 34, of 68 Hope Circle in Windsor, was charged with second-degree sexual assault and impairing the morals of a child.
May 26
Erin Bezzini, 27, of 22 Spring Street in East Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Omar Torres, 30, of 33 River Street in Windsor, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and having the improper number of headlights.
May 31
Kenneth Barber, 52, of 100 Lancaster Road in Windsor, was charged with third-degree assault, risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.
Lewis Rodriguez, 36, of 242 High Path Road in Windsor, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and public disturbance.
