The following arrest reports as provided by the Windsor Police Department are accurate as of May 17, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions. It is not the policy of Windsor Patch to omit any arrests from this log.

May 13

Martin Byrd, 43, of 41 Lyme Street in Hartford was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 12:36 p.m.

Preston Davis, 52, of 127 East Harold Street in Bloomfield was charged with threatening, 11:04 p.m.

Joseph Macon, 45, of 277 Deerfield Road in Windsor was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of a license plate, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operation of a motor vehicle with an expired license, 2:48 p.m.

Joseph Szymanski, 22, of 84 Whitmore Street in Hartford was charged with operating an unregistered vehicle and failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat of a motor vehicle, 11:31 a.m.

May 14

Jesus Mendez, 33, of 1882 Broad Street in Hartford was charged with disorderly conduct, 1:56 a.m.

James Wilkins, 23, of 1077 Plymouth Street in Windsor was charged with a stop sign violation, operation of a motor vehicle with an expired license or registration and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, 4:32 a.m.

May 15

Ronald Bloomfield, 26, of 665 Farmington Avenue in Hartford was charged with failure to appear in the second degree, 11:12 a.m.

Brian Sasson, 37, of 119 Dove Lane in Middletown was charged with larceny in the 6th degree, 1:12 a.m.

May 16

Andre Vassell, 24, of 31 Sachem Street in Springfield was charged with false report incidence in the second degree and misuse of Emergency 911, 3:04 a.m.
