May 30

Ryan Dailey, 22, of 372 Reed Avenue in Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and evading responsibility in an accident causing physical injury or property damage; 8:30 p.m.

May 24

Fiona Mighty, 28, of 46 Drake Street in Windsor, was charged with drinking while operating a motor vehicle and interfering with an officer, non-assaultive; 5:20 p.m.

Andy Dennis, 27, of 142 Westbourne Parkway in Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, non-narcotic; 12 a.m.

May 22

Juan Serrano, 18, of 279 Garden Street in Hartford, was charged with illegal possession of heroin; 1:44 p.m.

May 19

Anthony Brancifort, 21, of 320 Rood Avenue in Windsor, was charged with two counts of second-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit a crime and sixth-degree larceny; 9:23 p.m.

Tremayne Logan, 23, of 7 Fyler Drive in Windsor, was charged with two counts of second-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit a crime and sixth-degree larceny; 8:46 p.m.

Jeremy Norseth, 21, of 3420 East State 89A #39 Route in Cottonwood, AZ, was charged with third-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime; 7:55 p.m.

Shawn Banks, 33, of 603 Blue Hills Avenue in Hartford, was charged with possession of a narcotic, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to obey a control signal, failure to use flashing lights on a slow motor vehicle weighing more than 25,000 lbs. and disobeying the signal of an officer; 12:28 a.m.

May 15

Odell Leslie, 31, of 97 Washington Avenue East in Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol; 12 p.m.

May 12

William Figella, 40, of 43 Niles Street in Hartford, was charged with possession of a narcotic; 6:37 p.m.
