Leah Hamborg, 29, of 10 Burns Avenue in Enfield, was charged with public disturbance, non-fighting; and third-degree assault; 9:02 p.m

Deangelo Gilbert, 19, of 16 Violet Street in Windsor, was charged with violating probation or conditional discharge; and interfering with an officer, non-assaultive; 5:33 p.m.

Dwayne Young, 24, of 51 John Olds Drive in Manchester, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, non-narcotic or hallucinogenic; operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle; and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration; 5 p.m.

March 17

Anthony Harris, 24, of 166 Seymour Street in Windsor, was charged with violating probation or conditional discharge; 12:34 p.m.

March 14

Rance Carli, 52, of 40 Mill Lane in Salem, was charged with issuing a bad check, and issued a $50,000 bond; 11:20 a.m.

Lori Novak, 39, of 393 North Street in Windsor Locks, was charged with criminal violation of a protection order; 8:04 p.m.

March 12

Jennifer Spring, 27, of 277 Elm Street in Windsor Locks, was charged with criminal impersonation; interfering with an officer, non-assaultive; criminal liability for the acts of others; and criminal violation of a protection order; 8:45 p.m.

March 11

Kara Aldrich, 45, of 26 Cottage Green in Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault; 11:11 p.m.

March 10

Larry Solid, 32, of 17 Moore Avenue, was charged with theft from a building; 12 a.m.
