March 18
Catherine Cooper, 37, of 31 Lyme Street in Windsor was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol; failure to obey control signal; failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple lane highway; and operation of a motor vehicle in violation of license classification, 6:05 a.m.
Edward Gloeka, 20, of 9 Lochview Drive in Windsor was charged with possession of a narcotic, 3:49 p.m.

March 19
Asfaw Beyene, 38, of 30 Hillside Street in East Hartford was charged failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple lane highway, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

March 21
A thirteen-year-old from Windsor was charged with assault in the third degree, and breach of peace, 2:13 p.m.
Chavez Burke, 21, of 50 Harbison Street in Hartford was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, 7:49 p.m.
Jessica Delgado, 20, of 63 Midian Avenue in Windsor was charged with a failure to appear in the second degree, 1:56 p.m.
A thirteen-year-old from Windsor was charged with third-degree assault, and breach of peace, 2:20 p.m.
Alexis Santos, 26, of 259 White Street in Windsor was charged with a failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
