March 15

Jaqueline Johnson, 46, of 19 Rutland Street in Hartford was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, 12:32 p.m.

Debbie Sayasith, 22, of 15 Greenfield Street in Windsor was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, 10:01 a.m.

Maurice Ward, 24, of 35 Dally Farms Road in Windsor was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, and the improper use of a marker, license or registration, 9:50 a.m.

John Weaver, 29, of 27 Diana Lane in Windsor was charged with operating a failure to appear in the second degree, 6:28 a.m.

March 17

Caroline Cooper, 64, of 48 Jackson Road in Bloomfield was charged with violating a designated no passing zone, 8:36 a.m.

A minor from Windsor was charged with an attempt to commit a crime, and third degree burglary, 1:52 p.m.

Tamesha Johnson, 21, of 3 Longview Drive in Bloomfield was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, 9:38 a.m.

A minor from Windsor was charged with drug paraphernalia, and travelling unreasonably fast for conditions, 5:18 a.m.

Kingsley Minto, 27, of 130 High Path Road in Windsor was charged with falsifying a marker, license or registration; insurance coverage that fails to meet minimum requirements; improper use of a marker, license or registration; and operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, 8:52 a.m.

Hilary Russo, 26, of 74 Central Avenue in East Hartford operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, misuse, failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat, failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial use, and a failure to appear in the second degree, 5:55 p.m.

Wayne Tait, 51, of 193 Marion Street in Springfield, Mass. was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, 8:49 a.m.

Diane Williams, 44, of 85 Thomaston Street in Hartford was charged with sixth degree larceny, theft from a building, 11:47 a.m.
