March 11

Carmen Cotto, 44, of 85 Phelps Street in East Hartford was charged with a failure to obey control signal, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license or registration, 12:50 p.m.

John Givens, 78, of 740 Rainbow Road in Windsor was charged with a breach of peace, 3:58 p.m.

March 13

A minor from Windsor was charged with attempt to commit a crime and burglary in the third degree, 5:10 a.m.

March 14

Robin Jackson, 48, of 390 Garden Street in Hartford was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a refused or suspended license or registration, theft of a motor vehicle number plate or insert, insurance coverage that fails to meet minimum requirements, and a failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial use, 8:18 p.m.

Niwkia McKenzie, 29, of 46 Vine Street in Hartford was charged with robbery in the third degree, sixth degree larceny, and criminal mischief in the third degree, 7:30 p.m.
