March 1

Tia Coleman, 43, of 1062 Boulevard Avenue in West Hartford was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, 4:11 p.m.

Chasidy Dailey, 23, of 95 Vine Street in Hartford was charged with falsifying a motor vehicle marker, license or registration; improper use of a marker, license or registration; insurance failing to meet minimum requirements; and operating a motor vehicle without a license, 10:52 a.m.

Roberta Rella, 51, of 81 Pine Lane Extension in Windsor was charged with operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, insurance coverage failing to meet minimum requirements, and a failure to have tail lamps, 8:29 a.m.

March 2

Tysheene Page, 33, of 71 Custer Drive in Windsor was charged with failure to appear in the second degree, 7:51 a.m.

Tanya Petrykevych, 24, of 210 Mohegan Drive in West Hartford was charged with interfering with an officer, non-assaultive; breach of peace; and criminal mischief in the third degree.
