June 2

Alfonso Watson, 40, of Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized manufacturing or sale of narcotics; 2:15 p.m.

Trevor Cumberbatch, 40, of 32 Becker Circle, Windsor, was charged with interfering with police, fourth-degree criminal mischief, first-degree reckless endangerment, attempting to commit a crime, assault on a public safety officer, reckless driving, unsafe backing, disobeying an officer's signal and driving the wrong way on a divided highway; 7 p.m.

June 3

Johnleia Lambert, 21, of Hartford, was charged with attempting to commit a crime and third-degree larceny; 12:23 a.m.

Julie Keith, 45, of 1531 Poquonock Ave., Windsor, was charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seatbelt; 11:23 a.m.

June 4

Kelly Mormino, 45, of 55 Pebblebrook, Windsor, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, risk of injury to a minor and failure to drive in the proper lane; 6:17 p.m.

June 6

Ashbourne Jones, 26, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court; 11:44 a.m.

Frank Thorpe, 41, of 28 Bina Ave., Windsor, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct; 7:26 p.m.

June 7

Susan Register, 56, of 33 Cook Hill Rd., Windsor, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct; 8:28 a.m.

Charles Dufresne, 62, of Suffield, was charged with second-degree providing a false statement; 6:40 p.m.

June 8

Kimberly Ceasar, 33, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree forgery; 7:54 p.m.

June 11

David Kone, 47, of Branford, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor; 1:46 a.m.

June 13

Matthew Madley, 32, of 860 Windsor Ave., Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court; 12 a.m.

June 14

Russell Smith, 41, of 281 Windsor Ave., Windsor, was charged with second-degree larceny; 1:40 a.m.

Kerem Yildiz, 26, of 400 S. Main St., Windsor, was charged with driving with a suspended license; 6:10 p.m.

June 15

Joseph Catapano, 40, of East Suffield, was charged with third-degree burglary, criminal violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct; 1:50 p.m.

June 16

Bryan Solnick, 20, of 48 Village Lane, Windsor, was charged with breach of peace and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle; 4:50 p.m.

June 18

Eric Anderson, 22, of Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, driving to endanger, passing on the right and failure to grant the right of way; 4:58 p.m.

June 21

Tasha Griffin, 24, of Pennsylvania, was charged with two counts of possession of marijuana with intent to sell; 9 a.m. and 1:51 p.m.

Kevin Rogers, 44, of Pennsylvania, was charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit a crime and two counts of possession of marijuana with intent to sell; 1:59 p.m. and 7 p.m.

@tchjjal I don't know that this blotter indicates that crime is up in Windsor. It may just look like that because it's a blotter for the past three weeks. Megan

I agree... you have to look at a longer reference time, typically month current vs. the same month last year, or even more accurate, the full years history compared with another year. I think the Windsor Police are doing a fine job with limited resources, and in particular, Officer Brian Davis, Animal Control Officer, who runs a one man department! His case loads have increased dramatically (don't ask me how I know!), and he has a high compassion for animals and their protection. Hats off to the Windsor Men in Blue! John Tyskewicz
