July 17

Steadbert Ramsay, 35, of 226 Westland St., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny

Jessica Delgado, 21, of 63 Midian Ave., Windsor, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Micandre Brown, 25, of 23 Sage Park Road, Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jeffrey Harris, 57, of 29 Windsor Ave., Windsor, was charged with second-degree providing a false statement and second-degree reporting a false incident.

July 21

Charles Luciuk, 28, of 160 Seymour St., Windsor, was charged with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

July 22

Jiang Zheng, 27, of 106 Allen St., Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct.

July 23

Ieshia McLeish, 29, of 44 New Britain Ave., Hartford, was charged with second-degree larceny.

Ashley Richards, 30, of 887 Plymouth St., Windsor, was charged with criminal impersonation.

Phillip Newson, 47, of 116 Horseplain View Road, New Britain, was charged with third-degree larceny and two counts of third-degree burglary.

Nicholas Miller, 30, of 26 Woodbrook Road, Windsor, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief.

July 24

Jose Rivera, 36, of 6 Higbie Drive, East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and threatening.

Eartha Collins-Givens, 61, of 740 Rainbow Road, Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct.

July 25

Dajuan Hill, 28, of 27 Phillip Henry Circle, Windsor, was charged with conspiracy to commit a crime, third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.
