January 10

Lance Lombardo, 60, of 486 Hazard Avenue in Enfield, was charged with embezzlement; 10:39 a.m.

Michaela Ruffin, 23, of 30 Evergreen Avenue in Hartford, was charged with breach of peace in connection with a fight, and third-degree assault; 9:03 p.m.

Mark Marcilous, 24, of 40 Birch Street in Ludlow, was charged with criminal violation of a protection order; 4:49 p.m.

Michael Sattal, 18, of 258 Rainbow Road in Windsor, was charged with third-degree assault, and interfering with a 911 call; 8:17 p.m.

January 17

Eralda Xhaxha, 21, of 31 Putnam Lane in Enfield, was charged with possession of a narcotic, possession of drug paraphernalia, and firs-degree trespassing; 8:03 p.m.

January 22

Mercedes Grimes, 20, of 525 Bloomfield Avenue in Windsor, was charged with second-degree assault, carrying a dangerous weapon, and disorderly conduct; 12;19 a.m.

Terrell Washington, 21, of 1446 East 101 Street in Brooklyn, was charged with assaultt of an elderly, blind, disabled, pregnant or mentally disabled person in the third-degree, and threatening; 6:25 p.m.

January 23

Daquan Adams, 20, of 156 High Path Road in Windsor, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit a crime, and fraudulent use of an ATM machine; 9 a.m.

Zena Davenport-Streeter, 21, of 30 High Path Road in Windsor, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit a crime, and fraudulent use of an ATM machine; 8:45 a.m.

Kevin Tobias, 40, of 79 Berrios Hill Road in Windsor, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit a crime, and fraudulent use of an ATM machine; 8:30 a.m.
