January 16
A juvenile was charged with first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
John Wallace, 18, of 387 Rood Avenue in Windsor, was charged with first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit a crime.
