Windsor Police Blotter: Feb. 8-10

The following arrest reports as provided by the Windsor Police Department are accurate as of Feb. 10, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions. It is not the policy of Windsor Patch to omit any arrests from this log.

Feb. 8

Lionel Foster, 26, of 44 East Wolcott Ave., Windsor, was charged with failure to register as a non-violent sex offender, 7:18 p.m.

Tyshaun Foster, 18, of 300 High Path Rd., Windsor, was charged with violation of probation, 1:42 a.m.

Kerry Jediniak, 51, of 1171 Matianick Ave., Windsor, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to drive in the proper lane, evasion of responsibility in operating a motor vehicle, and breach of peace, 7:55 p.m.

Keren King, 46, of 122 Lincoln Way, Windsor, was charged with public disturbance, 4:39 p.m.

Olivia Simon, 18, of 66 Wilton Rd., Windsor, was charged with evasion of responsibility in operating a motor vehicle, 3:40 p.m.

Susan Thomas, 42, of 239 Sigourney St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court, 4:48 p.m.

Feb. 9

Ernest McHenry, 46, of 55 Ely Circle, Windsor, was charged with the unauthorized manufacture, sale, etc. of a narcotic, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, non-narcotic, while being within 1,000 feet of a school, 2:02 p.m.

Dagreta Truesdale, 47, of 106 Central Ave., East Hartford, was charged with the improper use of a vehicle marker, registration or license and operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, 3:39 p.m.

Feb. 10

Michele Duchon, 32, of 160 New London Turnpike, Glastonbury, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court, 4:07 a.m.

Keyjuan Snype, 19, of 183 Rood Ave., Windsor, was charged with breach of peace, 7:30 p.m.

Hauser Wakime, 38, of 20 Tobey Ave., Windsor, was charged with allowing a dog to roam.
