Alvin Ellison, 22, of 51 Willowbrook Road in East Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics; possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell; possession of fewer than four ounces of marijuana; possession of marijuana with intent to sell and failure to tail lamps.
