February 4

James Deangelis, 39, of 515 Poquonock Avenue in Windsor was charged with conspiracy to commit a larceny, 10:59 a.m.

Nolan McBride, 30, of 83 Southwood Drive in Windsor was charged with disorderly conduct, non-threatening, 10:27 a.m.

Kassandra Watts, 41, of 35 Wilson Avenue in Windsor was charged with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree, 5:56 a.m.

Marisa Wilson, 33, of 29 Winchester Street in Hartford was charged with possession of a hallucinogenic substance or four pounds or more of a cannabis-type substance, causing injury, risk of injury, or impairing morals of children, and unauthorized manufacture, distribution, administration or sale of a controlled substance,  6:34 p.m.

February 7

Jonathan Brewer, 20, of 241 New State Road in Manchester was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, 8:18 p.m.
